General information about payment
You can pay for the goods ordered in the Rollimoden online shop as follows:
- The invoice
- Paypal
- Advance payment/transfer
- Credit card
Please understand that we do not offer certain payment methods for certain items and orders in individual cases.
General information about the invoice document
Regardless of the payment method you choose, you will receive an invoice when the goods are shipped. If your order is sent in several partial deliveries, we will send you an invoice for this partial delivery after the respective partial delivery has been dispatched.
The invoice
Purchasing on account is a PayPal service. You pay the entire invoice amount within 14 days of dispatch of the goods, less the amounts of any returns. Payment is made simply by bank transfer to the bank details stated in the PayPal confirmation email.
Please do not forget to enter your invoice/order number as the purpose of the transfer.
Please understand that we cannot offer purchase on account for certain items and orders.
We do not accept cash or checks and unfortunately cannot accept liability in the event of loss.
PayPal
With PayPal you pay via your PayPal account during the ordering process. The prerequisite for payment is a PayPal account, which you can also open during the ordering process.
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will automatically be redirected to the paypal.de website to make the payment. Further information about PayPal can be found at www.paypal.de
Your PayPal account will be debited upon completion of the order.
Credit card
In the Rollimoden online shop you can pay easily and securely with your VISA or Mastercard. Your credit card will only be charged once your order has been shipped. If your order is sent in several partial deliveries, a corresponding partial debit will be made when each partial delivery is dispatched.
If you would like to pay for your order with your credit card, simply select “Credit Card” as the payment method during the ordering process. In the next step, please provide the required credit card details. In most cases this is made up of the following:
- Cardholders
- Credit card number
- Validity period
- Card verification number
The verification number is a three-digit number on the back of your credit card that reinforces online payment security.
Amazon Pay
Simple and uncomplicated payment via Amazon Pay: You log in with your Amazon account and can then use the payment methods that you have already selected and set up on Amazon. This means you don't have to enter your details again and you can pay your bill conveniently and easily via your Amazon account.
