If you would like to return an item, simply send it back to us. Returns are still free for our national customers. Unfortunately, there is no option for free returns for our international customers. They must clear your return themselves. We ask for your understanding on this.
To avoid returns due to the wrong size, we ask you to always determine your size using our fit guide or our friendly customer service.

• Write down the reason for the return on the goods receipt
• Place the item with the goods receipt and, if necessary, the invoice back in the shipping box
• Stick the DHL return sticker sent with you onto the package
• Drop off the package at any DHL parcel shop
